Through a guided research process, students experience each stage of academic inquiry while developing the reading, writing, and critical-thinking skills they will need for future college coursework.
What Students Will Learn
From Inquiry to Capstone
Students move step-by-step through the academic research process, beginning with a question and ending with a completed mini-capstone. Depending on the research question, students may work with scholarly literature, public datasets, case studies, surveys, interviews, or other appropriately scaled research pathways.
The course follows a clear progression but you don’t need to understand every detail to get started. What matters is this: your child builds skills step by step, gaining confidence at every stage.
